Despite the covid-enforced cancellation of 3 of the early rounds of the 2021 Motorsport UK KNC Groundworks Scottish Rally Championship, the organisers remain committed to delivering a 5 round championship starting with the Dunoon Presents Argyll Stages on 25/26th June. This year will mark a new format for the event as it moves onto closed public roads. Uncertainties remain as to when rallying will actually be able to restart but the planning of events will continue apace in preparation for that day.

The 2021 KNC Groundworks Scottish Rally Championship will now comprise of five events Scottish Rally, Moffat; Argyll Rally, Dunoon; Grampian Forest Rally, Banchory; Galloway Hills Rally, Dalbeattie; Carlisle Stages Rally, Carlisle.
